Responsibilities Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients in need. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans. Identify patient concerns and work toward successful recovery by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs. Build meaningful relationships with patients and celebrate progress and victories along the way. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. CPR certification.
