Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Rye, NY (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite) Duration: Long-Term Contract (Through August 20230) Interview: In-Person Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Distributed Energy Services (DES), Customer Project Management Systems (CPMS), PowerClerk, Project Center, Salesforce, and Pega Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise workflow and case management solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams Translate business requirements into workflow, case management, and integration solutions Create process flows, wireframes, interface specifications, and data mapping documentation Support UAT, release planning, defect triage, and production deployments Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel (Power Query/Pivot) Prepare technical documentation including SDDs, SOPs, and Traceability Matrices Provide application troubleshooting and production support Work on AI, Agentic AI, and GenAI-enabled business solutions Required Skills 8+ years of Business Analyst experience Strong experience with Distributed Energy Services (DES) Customer Project Management System (CPMS) Project Center Requirements Gathering & Business Process Analysis BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria SQL Excel (Power Query & Pivot Tables) Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro UAT, Defect Management, and Release Support Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Utility or Energy industry experience Experience working in enterprise environments Exposure to AI, Agentic AI, or GenAI initiatives Note: Candidates must be local to the New York area and available to work onsite 2–3 days per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr SysTechCorp Inc
