• Work closely with radiologists and referring clinicians to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any issues
• Accurately record procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records using electronic systems
• Keep pace with advancements in ultrasound technology and imaging practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is advantageous
