Procurement Officer

ACCIONA, as part of SR400 Constructors , is looking for a Procurement Officer to join the team delivering the $4.6 billion SR400 Express Lanes Project in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a landmark transportation project that will transform mobility across the Atlanta metropolitan area while working alongside some of the industry's leading construction and infrastructure professionals. Key Responsibilities: Support subcontractor and supplier sourcing activities. Assist with prequalification processes and vendor engagement. Issue RFQs and manage procurement activities throughout the tendering cycle. Coordinate RFIs, clarifications, and tender documentation. Support proposal evaluations, commercial comparisons, and award recommendations. Assist with subcontract preparation and procurement record management. Participate in vendor negotiations and kick-off meetings. Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving opportunities. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or subcontract administration within construction or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with tendering processes and supplier management. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good commercial awareness and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience supporting heavy civil, transportation, or infrastructure projects is a plus. Why Join ACCIONA?
