This position requires an outgoing individual who likes to work outside and is available to work only during the day. Thats right, NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS!! This position is ideal for a person who does not want a boss over their shoulder all the time. You must be money motivated, because pay is based on performance. Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 44 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on. We will always treat every customer as though they are our only customer. Job Responsibilities- Sales Rep:Acquire new business accounts through developing business to business relationships.
Educate customers on services and recommend solutions
Provide estimates and close sales Job Responsibilities- Window Cleaning:
Perform residential and commercial window cleaning services
Use professional tools and techniques (training provided)
Work safely at heights using ladders and safety equipment
Maintain equipment and company vehicles
Deliver outstanding customer service on every job Typical Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8:00am 4:00pm Pay $16-19 per hour based on performance. Additional bonus opportunities available.
