- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or related field (prefer candidates from Auburn or UAB).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction project management.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and federal government projects is highly sought after.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead teams, and negotiate contracts.
