The Registered Nurse (RN) position in Columbus, Ohio, is in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). • Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform patient assessments within 8 hours of admission, develop individualized care plans, participate in team conferences, provide patient and family education, initiate discharge planning, and ensure patient safety according to hospital policies. The role also includes supervising ancillary staff, maintaining communication with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive work environment.
