Dental Front Office

Park Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

Job Description

We are seeking a Dental Front Office member to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Checking patients in, checking out, posting payments, daily mail, answering phones, scheduling appointments, gathering insurance information. We have a wonderful patient base along with a team who truly cares for each other. We work hard, laugh and take wonderful care of our patients. Chance to grow if you so desire.

Checking patients in and greeting them
Schedule appointments
Checking patients out and collecting payments
Answer inbound telephone calls
Monitor emails and confirm appointments
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills

Focus on cosmetic dentistry as one of our dentists is Accredited with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Sedation dentistry great value for anxious patients. An amazing team that loves to work and play together to treat our family of patients.
