What You’ll Be Doing Assist with placing, finishing, and curing concrete Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment as needed Help prep job sites, including form cleaning, staging materials, and cleanup Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks Support finishers, carpenters, and other crew members as needed Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety rules and speak up if something isn’t right Report any safety issues, incidents, or quality concerns to your foreman What We’re Looking For Concrete or construction experience preferred Willingness to travel to different job sites when needed Able to lift heavy materials and handle physical work Good work ethic and reliable-someone the crew can count on Takes safety seriously and works well with a team What You’ll Get Full-time, steady work PTO, health, and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities to learn new skills and move up We consider all applicants for positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship, age, mental or physical disabilities, veteran/reserve/national guard or any other similarly protected status.
