Job Description:

Act as the face of Sarasota County Mosquito Management Services.

Respond to basic inquiries and provide assistance.

Communicate customer issues to appropriate Mosquito Management Services personnel.

Maintain spending accounts and register for traveling events.

Maintain office equipment and inventory supplies.

Copy, file and mail distribution.

Screen visitors, emails and calls.

Manage short term projects and report preparation.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

0 - 2 years business-related clerical experience or exposure

Possess an aptitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualification:

An Associate's Degree preferred

Starting Pay Rate: $15.83 - $17.00 depending on experience

Position Salary Range: $15.83 - $23.06
