Nurse Midwife - Rural Health

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

We're looking for Certified Nurse Midwives who are passionate about providing comprehensive women's healthcare in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. In this role, you'll provide primary women's health care services, work closely with an Obstetrician/Gynecologist on our Medical Staff, support patients throughout their healthcare journey, and contribute to high-quality care for our community. We value collaboration, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

This role involves working closely with physicians, nursing staff, clinic leadership, and support teams to provide high-quality women's healthcare services while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Graduate of an accredited Midwifery program.

Current licensure from the California Board of Registered Nursing as a Nurse Midwife.

Allied Health Medical Staff membership obtained prior to providing clinical patient care.

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a clinic setting.

One year of experience preferred.

Knowledge of rural clinics, billing practices, and office operations preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Ability to maintain a collegial relationship with an OB/GYN physician for consultation and oversight as appropriate.

Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language.

Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community.
