Need to hire 10 Sales Associates Join the team at Shottenkirk Chevrolet Waukee as an Automotive Sales Associate, where you will play a key role in connecting customers with the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. In this position, you will engage with customers, provide expert knowledge on our product lineup, and deliver outstanding customer service to help drive sales and build long‑lasting relationships. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Perform comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations for new and pre‑owned vehicles. Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options. Negotiate sales terms and complete sales agreements in compliance with company policies. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive products, promotions, and pricing. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process. Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Motivated self‑starter with a strong desire to achieve sales goals. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
