Company URL: Responsibilities Independently manage workers’ compensation claims by investigating and approving related medical treatment. Handle all technical aspects of claims including coverage, medical management, file management, subrogation, reserving and settlement. Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of the Workers' Compensation Act and Rules and Regulations in the jurisdictions assigned. Interpret medical records applying medical terminology. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 0-2 years’ experience in workers’ compensation Effective interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills Well-developed oral and written communication skills Evidence of self-motivation and the ability to effectively multi-task Interdepartmental collaboration and innovation with underwriting, loss control, business development and marketing Have or will secure a Property and Casualty License within 120 days of employment Benefits Competitive Base Salary Health, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, paid time off, 401(k) and profit-sharing plans The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
