Essential Functions & Responsibilities Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure business needs are met. Overtime hours may be required. Preferred Qualifications & Education High School Diploma or GED. Ability to build constructive relationships within store. Positive communication with all associate levels. Independent judgment with partnership to Store Sales Manager. Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures. Team‑oriented work style. Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours. Physical Requirements and/or Environment Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder height using proper equipment and safety techniques. Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift repetitively. Maintain mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
