- PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization) Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapist experience in an acute care hospital Key Skills & Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to evaluate patient reactions to respiratory therapy
- Recommendations for corresponding treatment plans
- Strong interaction with patients, physicians, and nursing staff Unit Information:
