Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit during night shift hours
• Perform and interpret Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) throughout labor and delivery processes
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and respond to obstetric emergencies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and newborns
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Arizona — verified within the last 30 days with no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of Labor & Delivery experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Active NRP certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working across multiple facility types, departments, or acuity levels
