Sales Lead

Downeast is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our retail team as the Sales Lead in our Park City location. This position reports to the Sales Manager. Our ideal candidate must be friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a customer service-oriented environment. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and be extremely reliable.

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Service
Cash handling, cash drawer
Responsible for opening or closing the store
Hanging clothing
Straightening racks
Placing new items in store
Maintaining a clean, safe, secure and friendly store
Driving sales

Working Conditions

Must be able to stand entire shift
Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
