AR Specialist

Job Title: AR Specialist Location: Chino, CA Pay Rate: $25-$28/hr Schedule: M - F, 8 - 4:30 100% ONSITE TEMP REQUIRED: Manufacturing industry Min 5 years experience bills of lading Freight (billing, invoicing, payments, and disputes related to transportation and shipping charges) Reconciliations Adjusting entries Mutli-state sales tax Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, and general ledger entries, collections etc. Reconcile bank statements and perform general ledger account reconciliations Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Support the accounting team in various administrative tasks as needed Skills Proficient in 10 key typing for accurate data entry Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems Strong understanding of Accounting Principles Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation and analysis Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for the position.
