HR Coordinator (Temporary/Contractor)

A day in the life: The HR Coordinator supports our human resources functions. This role will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member Assist Operations with recruitment needs including posting, screening and interviewing candidates Administer the onboarding process of new hires Manage the screening process based on Company and Customer requirements Administration of e-Verify Date entry of all employee documents into the HRIS Responsible for ensuring all hiring documents are completed in full Scan employee related documents into eFile Provide HR support to the Operations DepartmentPerform other functions as assigned Participate in department initiatives and projects What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member 1-2 years Human Resources experience with emphasis on recruitment, onboarding and data entry of employee related documents Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Strong organizational skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Must have a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to join our team.
