FACILITY INFORMATION
- EMR System: Epic, Varian ARIA
- Office Equipment: Varian TrueBeam (x2), Siemens CT scanner, Varian Eclipse treatment planning, MIM
- Specialty Backup: 2 Radiation Oncologists on siteSupport Staff: 2 RNs, 1 MA, Medical Physicists, 3 Dosimetrists, 7 Radiation Therapists
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform inpatient and outpatient consultations, follow-up visits, and CT sim orders.
- Develop and approve treatment plans, including IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS.
- Participate in chart rounds, peer rounds, and tumor conferences.
- Manage radiation therapy prescriptions, critical structures, and plan approval.
- Collaborate with medical physicists, dosimetrists, and radiation therapists.
