Engineering Supervisor

Organization: Hyatt Regency Frisco - Dallas Hyatt Regency Frisco is conveniently located just 25 minutes north of Dallas, offering 303 guestrooms and 27,500 square feet of flexible event space. Position: Engineering Supervisor Responsibilities: Will be responsible for shift coverage and must possess strong trouble‑shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front‑of‑house areas, as well as back‑of‑house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. The role involves using a windows‑based computer system and reading blueprints and schematics. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including life‑safety systems, is required. Good communication skills are necessary. Additionally, this position requires strong leadership skills and a willingness to work different shifts as the demands of business dictate.
