Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Judge Direct Placement Location: Greater Westchester County, NY Area (Relocation assistance provided) Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Summary: This leadership role is responsible for managing all aspects of a high-volume grocery retail store. Reporting to senior leadership, the Store Manager will drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grocery retail, a proven ability to engage teams, and a results-driven mindset. Discretion and professionalism are essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations to meet sales, service, and profitability goals. Engage, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance and retention. Communicate clearly and consistently across all levels of the team. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements. Manage inventory, merchandising, and promotional execution. Resolve customer and operational issues efficiently and professionally. Use performance data to guide decisions and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Grocery retail store management experience is required. Proven ability to engage teams and foster a positive work culture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in driving results and achieving business goals. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
