IT Support Technician

Akkodis is seeking a Computer Technician with a client in Rochester, NY. Must hold a high School Diploma to be considered. This role involves providing a mix of remote and on-site desktop support clients. You will be troubleshooting day-to-day issues to setting up new systems, you’ll be a key part of keeping organizations up and running. Rate Range: $18/hr. to $22/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Install and configure operating systems, applications, and security updates Support users in Microsoft 365 environments and basic Active Directory tasks Maintain accurate documentation of work and system configurations Prioritize and respond to service requests with professionalism and urgency Travel to client sites in the region as needed (mileage reimbursed Desired Qualifications: High School Diploma is required. Minimum Two years related experience.
