Community Assistant: Elevate Resident Experience & Growth

The NRP Group is seeking a Community Assistant for The Element, reporting to the Community Manager. You will ensure excellent customer service in daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and support leasing, occupancy goals, and market knowledge to outperform competitors. Responsibilities include managing leases, renewals, and marketing outreach while ensuring regulatory compliance, Fair Housing, and LIHTC guidelines.
