ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2015 and is a close-knit team of five who believe in working hard while keeping family first. I was introduced to State Farm in 2012 through a friend who became an agent, and after spending two years as a team member, I knew this was the path I wanted to pursue.

I'm married with three children and graduated from college where I also played baseball. Sports have always been a big part of my life, and I still enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jordan Thibodeaux - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
