BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and reliable Certified Maintenance Technician to join a reputable apartment community in College Station, TX 77845 . If you have strong HVAC skills, apartment maintenance experience, and take pride in providing quality service to residents, we want to hear from you.

Position Details

• Location: College Station, TX 77845
• Pay Rate: $23-$24 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire
• Start Date: Immediate Opening

Key Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Complete unit turns and make-ready preparations to company standards
• Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Respond to resident maintenance concerns with exceptional customer service
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Assist with emergency maintenance needs as required

Required Qualifications

• EPA Certification or HVAC Certification Required
• Previous Apartment Maintenance Experience Required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs independently
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and resident service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
