This role will provide administrative support for the Academic Communities team by delivering community-driven events, supporting volunteer leaders, and continuing to foster a “sense of home” for fellowship and camaraderie among academics. What you'll do

Maintain and manage Special Interest Group (SIG) webpages. Assist with SIG budget and financial management, including payments, reimbursements, and invoices. Support the Manager, Academic Communities, with planning and logistics for the 2027 Winter Academic, Virtual Winter Academic, Summer Academic, and Marketing and Public Policy conferences. Respond to attendee inquiries alongside the Manager, Academic Communities, and Customer Support team. Help execute Conference and SIG awards processes. Assist the Senior Copy Editor with conference proceedings administration. What you bring

High school diploma Enrolled at a 2-year or 4-year college/university Customer service or volunteer management experience Interest in working within event management, volunteer management, or association management Experience in Google Suite Keen eye for detail Ability to work remotely 24 hours per week What you may also have
