With that ethos imbedded into our vision, Lyca Mobile is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist in our Newark, NJ office.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide real-time service support to our frontline sales associates and partners

· Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.

· Represent the best of the Lyca Mobile brand during all interactions.

· Must be available to work between the hours of 10:00am – 7:00pm, Monday - Friday

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED, required. Some college preferred.

· Bi-lingual Spanish - Required

· 1-3 years of work experience

· Accuracy in daily work

· Deadline driven

· Solid working knowledge of MS office

· Ability to communicate well orally and in writing

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
