Roofing Sales Representative
The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading, fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company, to identify motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join their Naperville, IL team. Looking for a career where your income is in your hands? This is a high-income sales opportunity offering uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real potential for growth. No roofing experience? No problem. If you're motivated, driven, and coachable, you'll receive the training and tools needed to succeed.
What You'll Earn:
- Year 1: $70K–$80K
- Year 2: $90K–$100K
- Year 3: $110K+
- Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance

What You'll Do:

What We Are Looking For:
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

- Bonus if you have roofing or construction experience
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
