Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Weekend Overnight | $21.60–$24.60/hour

Locations: Niles, Morton Grove, Mt. Prospect, Des Plaines, and Evanston, IL, Highland Park
Location assignments are first come, first served based on available openings.

Schedule:

• Friday: 2:00 PM–12:00 AM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM

• Sunday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM

Valid driver's license required. Must be willing to drive company vehicles.

Pay

• $21.60/hour base rate

• $24.60/hour for employees listed as a DD-Aide on the HCWR

About the Position

Rimland is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily living activities

• Meal preparation

• Supporting independence and social skills

• Providing companionship

• Community outings and activities

• Supporting individual goals

No prior DSP experience required. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

Applicants must successfully complete:

• Fingerprint background check

• CANTS check

• Drug screening 

Applicants must also provide:

• Original high school diploma, GED, or college transcript

• Two years of residency history

• Valid work authorization documents

• Two verifiable employment references from the past three years
