We’re looking for National Accounts Business Developers in our Tampa, FL office who are driven, solution-oriented, and ready to take our business-to-business agency sales team to the next level. As a Business Developer, you will deliver strategic sales initiatives with a defined group of agencies and build their book of GEICO business through approved underwriting practices. Business Developers will use their strong ability to influence, along with analytical and decision-making skills to provide guidance and support that promotes preference for GEICO products and services. This role acts as a subject matter expert of product lines and systems to provide recommendations that improve customer experience, sales closure, and retention with new and existing customers in the business-to-business space. Business Developers help their agencies achieve sales targets through actionable goal setting and understanding of their business needs.
