We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Substation Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform construction, installation, and maintenance of electrical substations

- Assist in the assembly and wiring of substation equipment and components

- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within substation systems

- Follow safety protocols and procedures during all phases of construction and maintenance

- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs

- Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within scope

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical or substation work preferred

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and substation equipment

- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment

- Commitment to safety standards and procedures

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
