Responsibilities
- Perform monthly compliance reviews and audits.
- Organize and maintain project documentation.
- Manage document intake and filing systems.
- Update project trackers and monitor deadlines.
- Communicate status updates and escalate overdue items.
- Follow established processes, job aids, and templates.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare reporting packages for external stakeholders.
- Support operational and administrative processes.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative or compliance support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, documentation, and data management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
