RGM Manager, Customer Investment

GPN Americas is a +$1B organization encompassing sales of ON, think!, Isopure, BSN and Amazing Grass brands across the North American and LATAM markets. The RGM Manager will be involved in each one of those brands within a certain area of the sales team. We play into the growing market trends of active lifestyles and, health and wellness. 

RGM Manager – Customer Investment

Revenue Growth Manager – Customer Investment role is a role that collaborates with the sales team to help ensure we are investing both our trade spend and shopper marketing funds in the right way. They will also ensure the teams stay within their trade budgets.

Major Responsibilities

As the Revenue Growth Manager you will work with the sales function to optimize trade and shopper marketing spends across customers and brands:

• Sales Team Contact for RGM activities (New items, Incremental Spends, Plan Builds in TPM etc.)
• Serve as the RGM SME for Trade Architecture and Customer Investment Optimization
• Approve/Reject promotions that exceed guidelines
• Complete Promo ROI analysis on a regular basis and collaborate with sales teams to improve Promo Effectiveness and Efficiency
• Reporting out of trade spends vs targets along with post promotion ROI information
• Regular Meetings with sales team to review trade spend

• Ensuring sales teams stay within budgeted trade rates (Customer & Brand)
• Reviewing promotional plans and coming up with solutions for the sales team.
• Reviewing investment scenarios with sales team for ROI
• Support RGM Customer Investment Director on all related activities and assist in annual planning

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in RGM, finance, trade development or sales operations
• An analytical mindset with strong financial acumen.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and guide them through the details
• Preferred: SAP TPM experience

The RGM Manager will be part of a larger RGM team at Glanbia Performance Nutrition. They will be heavily involved in educating the sales function on the importance of RGM and how to leverage within their area of business.

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles; the salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 and annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations and targeted salary is midpoint of range.
