CNO Analyst / Programmer Level 0 Software | Hanover, MD | Full Time Position: CNO Analyst / Programmer Level 0 Location: Hanover, MD Category: Software Engineering Schedule: Standard Day Shift, Monday–Friday Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required) Experience Requirement: Entry‑Level (0–4 years) Compensation Range: $99,000 – $117,000 (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a CNO Analyst / Programmer Level 0 to support the design and development of custom software tools and techniques in a mission‑focused environment. This role is ideal for an early‑career engineer interested in low‑level programming, cyber operations, and software development across multiple platforms. The CNO Analyst / Programmer will contribute to building end‑to‑end data flows and tasking within specialized software tools, while working closely with experienced engineers to develop, test, and deploy solutions. This position offers strong opportunities for hands‑on technical growth in a collaborative team environment.
