Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (Neuro/Surgical Telemetry)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate, step-down, or telemetry-level care
• Document patient information and care activities accurately using Epic EMR
• Float to other Medical/Surgical Telemetry units or low-acuity ICU settings as needed
• Fulfill weekend shift requirements (3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule) and designated holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee or compact RN license required
• AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months, clearly documented; must pass Epic competency exam (one attempt allowed)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with floating between MS/Tele and ICU environments
