About the Role As a clinical trainer, you will play a pivotal role in tackling the nationwide shortage of RBT professionals in the ABA industry by cultivating a new generation of highly skilled Behavior Technicians. Specifically, you will run new hire training sessions, preparing our behavioral technicians to deliver ABA therapy for children aged 2-10 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You will also collaborate with our Practice Managers and Clinical Directors to continuously improve the program outcomes. This role enables you to contribute back to the industry with a commitment of 1 - 2 days a week at competitive rates without taking on a full client load. This role will be responsible for in-person BT training at our Practical Training and Competency Assessment sessions. The Practical Training is a full day (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) in a classroom setting. The Competency assessment consists of 3 - 4 one-hour sessions with each trainee where the trainee will interact with a child at a partner location in the area. The pay rate for this position is $50.00 per hour. In addition, you will be compensated for your mileage at the federal rate.
