Assistant General Manager

Restaurant Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily operations for a growing, fast-paced restaurant group. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who leads from the front, develops strong teams, and is ready to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

Support daily restaurant operations
Lead, train, and develop team members
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, labor, and sales goals
Serve as manager on duty in the GM's absence
Support new-store openings and company growth

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on, dependable, and self-motivated leader
Strong operational and people-management skills
Comfortable with technology and restaurant systems
Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
New-store opening experience is a plus
