Job Description Job Description Salary: $18-$19 Per Hour Overview Join Ascend Staffing as a Bilingual On-Site Manager / Recruiter supporting a warehouse customer in Terrell, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable supporting employees in a fast-paced warehouse staffing environment. In this position, youll help support daily staffing operations, employee communication, attendance, onboarding, workforce coordination, and client service. Youll also serve as an important point of contact for associate employees and must be available to support urgent situations, including workplace injuries outside of regular business hours. Job Details Hiring Branch: Terrell Branch Job Site Location: Terrell, Texas Job Title: Bilingual On-Site Manager / Recruiter Pay Rate: $18$19 per hour Work Schedule: Must be able to work either 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Additional Availability Requirement: Must be available to be on-call and respond to injury-related situations outside of regular work hours as needed.
