Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a reliable Shipping and Receiving Associate in the Tanner, AL area. This role supports both warehouse operations and basic documentation control to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe movement of materials. The ideal candidate is reliable, detailoriented, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with both physical and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks

• Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS, RF scanners, EDI, and ASN systems

• Inspect products for damage during receiving and prior to shipment

• Keep files and documentation updated for all shipped and received goods

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safetyfocused work area

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience (sitdown, standup, reach truck, pallet jack)

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Detailoriented with proven accuracy in recordkeeping

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Standard shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

• Overtime may be required based on operational needs

• Fastpaced warehouse environment with occasional administrative tasks

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical warehouse duties for extended periods

Pay

• $18.00 - $21.00 DOE
