Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our business at Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop computer programs to power the shop machines to produce the specified components. Provide Instructions, guidance, and training to machine operators. Operate shop CNC machinery to meet deadlines Ensure quality assurance in every component, physical checks must be completed periodically on the final components. Analyze job orders and perform necessary calculations. Simplify machining time to enhance productivity and efficiency. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment. Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift. Always wear proper personal protective equipment. Responsible for immediately reporting all unsafe conditions and acts. Follow all company safety procedure Ensure proper material handling at all stages of processing. Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor and the Production Manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from two- year College or Technical school. 5 years’ minimum experience in the millwork / woodworking industry Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication Must be able to work overtime when needed Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
