Senior Innovation Strategist, Tokenization

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a curious leader who is comfortable with ambiguity, adapts readily, shows a bias toward action, and enjoys ambitious work.
• We typically require 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, product management, innovation, financial services, technology, or a related field.
• We value experience in one or more of these areas: tokenization, digital assets, blockchain, capital markets infrastructure, payments, financial technology, innovation strategy, or emerging technology research.
• We expect an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position.

• We lead the design and delivery of our tokenization strategy, connecting emerging opportunities to enterprise, business, and investment goals.
• We identify, assess, and rank tokenization use cases by weighing market demand, business value, operational impact, regulatory factors, and implementation feasibility.
• We track industry trends, competitor activity, regulatory updates, and technology shifts to spot opportunities and risks related to tokenization.
• We act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, turning complex market, technology, and regulatory developments into practical strategic guidance.
• We partner with business, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams to shape recommendations and adoption roadmaps for tokenization initiatives.
• We drive discovery, research, and experimentation with our innovation engineering team to test assumptions, evaluate technical feasibility, and gauge market readiness.
• We review external platforms, vendors, and ecosystem partners, offering strategic input on partnerships, build-versus-buy choices, and capability development.
• We represent our organization in industry forums, working groups, partnerships, and strategic discussions to stay close to market developments and help influence industry direction.
• We communicate strategic insights, recommendations, and research findings to senior leaders and key stakeholders through presentations, reports, and executive briefings.
• We work with architecture, product, and engineering teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and implementation plans.
• We mentor colleagues and help build organizational expertise in tokenization, digital assets, and other emerging technologies.
