Shift: Days

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 32 weeks with holiday weeks included. Guaranteed Hours/Week: 40.

Requirements

• Active license required.
• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
• Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
• No previous employment at the facility within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals.

Compliance / Notes

Parking details will be provided during the first day orientation. Dress code information will also be shared at that time.
