Our client seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead two concurrent, business-critical initiatives over a six-month timeline. The role will split time across a Salesforce sales enablement initiative and a customer-facing internal ordering gateway product. The position requires ownership of end-to-end plans, disciplined financial management on budgets up to approximately $5M, and clear executive communication. The PM will coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams, manage global teams, and drive on-time delivery under tight deadlines.

Rate: $65.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead two concurrent projects, managing scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Create and own end-to-end project plans and drive execution to meet strict production deadlines within six months.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, escalating issues with clear options and recommendations.
• Manage and track budgets down to the dollar, including capital vs. expense, forecasts vs. actuals, reporting, and variance explanations.
• Maintain financials in Microsoft Excel and support reporting in PowerPoint and Smartsheet.
• Serve as primary point of accountability and communication across business and IT.
• Run steering committee meetings and executive readouts with data-driven status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Translate technical challenges into actionable business conversations for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate Salesforce development, internal app teams, networking/SSO, product owners, service owners, UAT, and business sign-off.
• Manage geographically distributed resources, including development teams in India, in a fully virtual environment.
• Lead scope and decision enablement to finalize scope, start/stop workstreams, and drive timely tradeoff decisions with clear follow-ups.

Experience Requirements:

• 7–8+ years of hands-on project management with proven delivery of enterprise software projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Required tools: Clarity for time and financial tracking, Salesforce experience, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams, and Smartsheet (or ability to adopt quickly).
• Experience managing $1M+ project budgets required; experience around ~$5M preferred.
• Familiarity with Workbench (Clarity integration) is a plus.
• Salesforce project experience strongly preferred; experience with customer-facing or internal business platforms a plus.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience helpful but not required.
• Self-directed with clear, confident executive communication and strong judgment under pressure.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
