The Summit of Lawrenceburg is looking for a dependable and caring Dietary Aide to join our team!
Our Dietary Aides play an important role in providing our residents with enjoyable meals and a clean, welcoming dining environment.
Responsibilities include:

• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Set up and clean dining areas
• Serve meals and beverages to residents
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen/dietary areas
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with storing and organizing food and supplies
• Follow resident diet instructions and special dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide friendly and respectful service to our residents
• Assist the dietary team with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Dependable with a good work ethic
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Friendly and respectful when working with seniors
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting, bending, and reaching
• Previous dietary or food-service experience is a plus, but not required
