Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our New Castle, VA store to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and keep the store clean and stocked, including unloading trucks and restocking shelves. This part-time role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs while standing and walking during shifts.
