Our company is expanding its Killeen, TX team and hiring an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Assistant for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will work directly with customers while supporting local sales and promotional marketing campaigns for our clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales presentations, brand promotion, and campaign execution while receiving ongoing training and coaching from our team.

Previous marketing or sales experience is not required. We are looking for individuals who are professional, outgoing, dependable, and ready to build practical experience in a customer-facing environment.

Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support daily on-site marketing, sales, and promotional campaigns
• Engage with prospective customers through professional, formal conversations
• Introduce customers to client products, services, promotions, and current offers
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options
• Assist with customer acquisition and local brand awareness efforts
• Deliver clear and engaging product or service presentations
• Answer questions and provide accurate information throughout the customer experience
• Assist new customers with applicable registration, enrollment, or service-selection processes
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of client brands
• Work alongside team members to achieve daily and weekly campaign goals
• Participate in product education, campaign meetings, and ongoing skills development
• Track customer interactions and provide feedback that can help improve campaign performance
