Advanced Nurse – Acute Care

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 4 days per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active nursing license
• Certified in Advanced Life Support
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care settings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes in health status.
• Educate patients and families on health management and caring for conditions.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare facility protocols and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Compliance / Notes:

• Background check required.
• Drug screening required.
• Scrubs required; specific dress code information to be provided upon hire.
