Our growth creates opportunities for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceWhat You BringActive TS/SCI with PolygraphExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAt least three (3) years demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.The ability to support a 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule working either Day Shift (0545 - 1345), Swing Shift (1345 - 2145), or Mid Shift (2145 - 0545-) to include weekends and some holidaysPreferred QualificationsRelevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, etc.)Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to demonstrate the incorporation of independent research to enhance target development.Ability to identify target communications within the global network.Compensation & BenefitsThe projected salary range for this position is $122,000-$138,600, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.At Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
