Join our dynamic teams designing and developing next-gen energy technologies and help drive a sustainable future!About the role We are seeking a highly experienced Factory / Plant Manager to oversee and manage overall plant operations at our Arlington TX Electronics manufacturing facility producing Microinverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).The role includes Senior-Manager level responsibilities such as operational planning, cross-functional coordination, performance management, and continuous improvement.What you will do Own plant KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivityPlan and execute production schedules to meet business targetsOversee SMT, PCB assembly, electronics assembly, battery pack assembly, testing, and final integrationLead cross-functional coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply ChainDrive Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, EHS, ESD, and battery safety standardsLead internal, customer, and regulatory auditsMonitor OEE, yield, downtime, scrap, and rework; implement corrective actionsLead, mentor, and develop supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor teamsAct as plant-in-charge in the absence of the General ManagerWho you are and What you bringBachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering10–15 years of experience in electronics or power electronics manufacturingStrong exposure to SMT, electronics assembly, and testing processesExperience with inverters, microinverters, UPS, EV chargers, or battery systems preferredPrior experience as Plant Manager/ Production Manager / Operations Manager / Deputy Plant Manager roles is an advantageKey SkillsPlant operations and people leadershipStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilityKnowledge of ISO systems and manufacturing auditsData-driven mindset with KPI ownershipExcellent communication and coordination skills The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $183,000 and may vary based on experience, skills, and location. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits, with final compensation determined in accordance with applicable laws and internal equity.
